About Christian House
The Christian House Owners
Karen and Dean Christian bought the former Captain Taggart Elementary School, in East Palestine, Ohio. A formerly deserted school is now a beautifully restored assisted living facility. We offer Adult Day Care, Home Health and Respite Care as well.
Christian House is a 49-bed assisted living facility with a valid license. In our lovely first-floor living room, we also offer adult day care, home health, and short-term respite care.
While we will do everything in our power to ensure your well-being, we sincerely hope you enjoy your stay with us. Look around you. Please feel free to contact us by phone, email, or in person at 82 Garfield Avenue (entry on the side!).

What’s next for
Christian House?
We are updating our backyard! The pavilion is almost finished, and we are planning an outdoor kitchen and walking and exercise trail. We host an annual 4th of July party, taking advantage of the perfect view for the East Palestine fireworks display. Our motto is “How can we help you?” Feel free to contact us about our services by phone, email, or in person at 82 Garfield Avenue East, Palestine, Ohio.
